Welcome to the Café de l'Ours

As the Auberge de l'Ours, our restaurant has been around since 1636. We preserve the tradition of the bear and return to its roots with our Fribourg cuisine and regional products. At the same time, we are daring to make a new start and invite you on culinary excursions to the homeland of our second heraldic animal, the Brazilian parrot.
